Managing client organizations
The Organizations list and the per-client Overview, Billing, Entitlements, and Users pages.
Partner Hub > Organizations lists every client under your agency. It is both the roster and the starting point for anything you need to do on a specific client’s behalf.
The per-client drill-down#
Click into any client to reach their dedicated pages.
| Page | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Overview | General client info |
| Billing | The client’s plan, subscription status, add-ons, and billing overrides |
| Entitlements | Which modules and limits the client has |
| Users | The client’s team members |
Entitlements is also reachable from Billing, since the two questions (what are they paying for, what do they have access to) usually come up together.
For what you can set on those pages, see Billing your clients, specifically Per-org overrides and Add-ons and entitlements.
Where new clients come from#
Organizations is also where you bring a new client on, using Invite Client. See Inviting a client.
Requests from individual users who want to join an existing client organization arrive separately, in Registrations.
