Signing up your agency

There are two ways your agency gets set up on Modero. You sign yourself up, or Modero (or an existing partner admin) invites you. Both paths end in the same place: you land in your agency’s Partner Hub as its first partner admin.

Option A: Self-serve signup#

1. Go to Modero’s signup page. Your Modero contact will give you the exact URL, typically something like https://app.mymodero.com/signup.

2. Enter your company name, your name, and your email address. There is no password to set. You sign in later via a magic link emailed to you.

3. Accept the two required Modero agreements:

   • The Modero Terms of Service.
   • A policies acknowledgement covering the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Subprocessor List.

   Both checkboxes are required. You cannot continue without checking both.

4. You are redirected to Stripe Checkout to set up your agency’s platform subscription. See What Modero charges your agency for what that subscription covers.

5. Once checkout completes, Modero emails you a magic-link sign-in. Click it to land directly in your new Partner Hub.

Option B: Accepting a Modero invite#

If Modero (or your organization’s own admin) creates your agency account for you, you receive a partner invitation email instead.

Click the link and accept the same two Modero agreements described above. You then become your agency’s first partner admin.

What happens next#

Your first partner admin is set up automatically on either path. Everyone else on your staff is invited from the Team page, where you also pick their role. See Team and roles.

Common questions#

Do I need a password to sign in?

No. Self-serve agency signup and the first partner-admin invite both use magic-link (passwordless) sign-in. Just click the link Modero emails you.
