Reviewing registrations

Partner Hub > Registrations is your queue of pending client user sign-up requests: people who have asked to join a client organization but need your review before they are let in.

Working the queue#

From Registrations you can:

1. Accept a request, which lets the person into the client organization.
2. Deny a request.
3. Resend an invitation.

The user-count limit#

Registrations respects each client’s user-count limit, so you cannot accidentally over-invite past their cap. This is deliberate: the limit is part of the client’s entitlements, and the queue enforces it rather than letting you approve someone the organization has no room for.

If a client is at their limit, raise it on their Billing and Entitlements screen before accepting the request. See Add-ons and entitlements.
