I cannot see the Commissions workspace
Commissions access is a per-user toggle, independent of whether you are an admin.
Commissions is not in your workspace switcher, and you are a partner admin, so you assume something is broken. It is not.
Access to Commissions is per-user, not per-role. Even a partner admin needs the Commissions access toggle turned on to open the workspace at all. Being an admin is not sufficient, and it was never meant to be.
The fix#
Ask another partner admin to turn on your Commissions access toggle from the Team page. That is the whole fix. The toggle is independent of whether you are an admin, a member, or a read-only user.
Why it works this way#
The three roles (partner admin, partner member, partner read-only) control what you can do across the agency’s data. Commissions access controls something different: whether you see the revenue validation workspace at all. Keeping them separate means you can give a partner member full commission work without making them an admin, and equally, keep Commissions off the screen for admins who have no reason to be in it.
Common questions#
Q: I am a partner admin but I do not see Commissions in my workspace switcher. Why? Commissions access is a separate per-user toggle, independent of your role. Ask another partner admin to enable it for you from the Team page.
Q: A staff member needs to see Commissions but they are only a partner member. Is that possible? Yes. Turn the toggle on for them from the Team page, regardless of their role.
