What Modero charges your agency
Your agency's own Modero bill, managing your card, and viewing invoices.
This is the bill Modero charges your agency. It is separate and independent from how you bill your own clients, which is covered in Billing your clients.
Two different flows of money share the word “billing” in the Partner Hub, and mixing them up is the most common source of confusion:
- This page: Modero invoices your agency for the platform. Money goes out.
- Billing your clients: your agency invoices its clients, through your own connected Stripe account. Money comes in, and Modero takes no part of it.
What you’re charged#
Your agency’s Modero subscription has up to two parts:
- A flat monthly fee, which every agency pays.
- Optionally, a per-service usage component on top of the flat fee, if your agency’s tier includes one. This is charged per billable service or circuit your clients have on the platform.
Your agency’s actual rate is shown on Partner Hub > Subscription.
Managing your card and viewing invoices#
Go to Partner Hub > Subscription. From there you can:
- Open the Stripe billing portal to update your card on file.
- View your invoice history.
If your agency has been comped by Modero (a complimentary account), you are simply never billed.
