CRM overview
Your agency's sales pipeline workspace, its navigation, and what each role can do in it.
Your agency’s CRM is a dedicated portal for your sales pipeline, reachable from the workspace switcher. It is only available to staff with a partner role.
Getting there#
Open it from the workspace switcher in the Partner Hub, or go directly to
/crm/[your-agency-id].
The navigation#
The CRM sidebar is organized into two groups.
Workspace#
| Page | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Pipeline stats and recent activity |
| Companies | Every company you track: prospects, providers and carriers, distributors, and clients |
| Contacts | People at those companies, segmented by lifecycle stage |
| Deals | Your sales pipeline, as a kanban board plus a table view |
| Quotes | Structured quotes (header plus line items) attached to deals |
| Tasks | Your personal task list, plus deal- and contact-linked tasks |
| Follow-ups | A going-cold queue that flags deals and contacts you have not touched recently |
| Analytics | Pipeline funnel, weighted forecast, win rate, and segment views |
System#
| Page | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Pipelines | Manage your pipeline stages and stage requirements |
| Workflows | Build automations, for example “when a deal is won, email the signed documents” |
| Data Model | Define custom objects and custom fields for anything the built-in objects do not cover |
| Import | Bring in records from a CSV file or HubSpot |
See Deals and quotes for how the Workspace pages fit together day to day, and Importing data into the CRM for the Import and Data Model pages.
What each role can do#
CRM capability follows the same three partner roles you set on the Team page. See Team and roles for how those roles work elsewhere in the platform.
| Role | CRM capability |
|---|---|
| Partner read-only | View records, pipelines, dashboards, and analytics. No writes. |
| Partner member | Full record CRUD, run workflows manually, import data, convert deals. |
| Partner admin | Everything above, plus manage pipelines, custom objects and fields, and workflows. |
The split is deliberate: the structural pieces (what stages exist, what fields exist, what automations run) are admin-level, while the day-to-day work of moving deals and editing records is open to any partner member.
Common questions#
Can a client’s staff see our CRM? No. The CRM is exclusively partner-plane. Client organization users never have access to it.
