Master Sites

Link client locations in the same building to one canonical record without exposing clients to each other.

Many of your clients may occupy space in the same physical buildings: shared office parks, multi-tenant buildings, and so on. Partner Hub > Master Sites links those client locations to one canonical building record.

Why it exists#

Building-level facts, like carrier availability, are true of the building rather than of any one tenant. Qualifying them once and reusing them for every client in that building saves the work of re-qualifying the same address for each client separately.

Master Sites also feeds the Network module, where circuit inventory is tied to client locations. See Network overview.

The isolation guarantee#

This is the important part. Master Sites shares building-level facts only. It never exposes one client’s identity, services, or pricing to another.

From a client’s point of view, they see their own location plus a read-only “shared building” card carrying general availability facts. There is no view into who else is in the building or what they buy.

Common questions#

Can a client see other clients’ data through Master Sites? No. Master Sites only ever shares building-level facts (address, general availability) with clients in the same building, never another client’s name, services, or pricing.
